## Job Title: Instructional Designer eLearning

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer eLearning to join our team at XL Recruitments Ltd. As an Instructional Designer eLearning, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality e-learning content that meets the needs of our clients.

## Key Responsibilities

* Analyze client requirements and design effective solutions to meet their needs

## Requirements

* Highly literate with demonstrable writing ability
* Experience in a commercial environment is desirable
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
