Davies are looking to recruit a Planning and Support Administrator to join our Motor Engineering team in Preston.

Joining Davies as a Planning and Support Administrator means that you'll be the planning our engineers routes, booking inspections and supporting customers.

So, you'll need to be a great communicator, well organised and dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
  • Arranging inspections with customers
  • Data inputting and accepting new jobs onto database
  • Route planning for field engineers
  • Ensuring work is performed within SLA

Skills & Experience:

  • A professional and adaptable communication style both written and verbal;
  • Efficient administrative skills;
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills;
  • A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach


There are no specific qualifications that we demand for the role; and although we welcome those with previous industry experience, it's transferable skills and qualities that we value here at Davies.
