We have a new opportunity for a Distributor Support Manager to join the team at Stannah to support Stairlift Distributors in the UK and Ireland.

Stannah is represented by Accredited Distributors and the business is at an exciting time of growth.

The Distributor Support Manager is a newly created position to support Stannah's UK Stairlift Distributors, who are some of the Company's biggest customers.


A key function of the role is to support, promote and profile Distributors in line with the strategy for growth.


As the Distributor Support Manager you will travel frequently throughout the UK and Ireland, to meet the needs of the business and the Distributors.

This will require a flexible approach as there may be overnight stays and, on occasion, travel outside of normal working hours.


We are looking for a Distributor Support Manager who has experience of working in a B2B environment, within a highly customer facing role.

Industry experience of Stairlifts or Distributors, Resellers or Dealers would be an advantage.


We are looking for an individual who is pro-active in their approach and willing to help and assist the Distributor Manager with the day to day management of the Distributor division.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish productive relationships with Distributors to promote a positive and collaborative partnership
  • Assist in the marketing and sales of Stannah products to UK Distributors
  • Respond or escalate new enquiries received
  • Assist with onboarding of new Distributors
  • Maintain frequent contact and visit Distributors to understand requirements, collaborate, and provide day to day support
  • Identify training needs to address any requirements.
  • Provide quarterly reports to Distributors to update on KPI's agree followup actions.
  • Analyse data to support Distributor performance.
  • Support organising and delivering conferences, meetings and other events
  • Assist in roll out and development of new company systems

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy
