Role Overview:

nThe Client Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact between Remedy and its clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong client relationships.

This role involves coordinating client interactions, managing client onboarding and onward bookings, addressing enquiries and concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

nAct as the primary contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.nBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.nUnderstand clients' needs and work to exceed their expectations.


Client On-boarding:nDevelop and implement on-boarding processes for new clients.nEnsure a smooth transition for clients into Remedy's services.nLiaise with referrers, including GP's, consultants and medical secretaries, to gather relevant information, including post op notes, clinic letter and scan reports.


Issue Resolution and Support:
nAddress client enquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.nCoordinate with internal teams to provide solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Data Management:
nMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records.nMonitor client satisfaction through follow-up interactions and feedback collection.

Communication and Coordination:
nFacilitate communication between clients and internal teams.nCoordinate booking of client appointments.nAssist in coordination of onward referrals.

Requirements:

nProven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.nAbility to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.nFlexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills:
nKnowledge of health and wellness industry trends.nExperience with data analysis and reporting.nFamiliarity with digital health technologies and tools.nExperience implementing new work flows and processes

Work Environment:

nHybrid- Primarily clinic based with occasional travel, to meet clients or to attend events.nCollaborative and supportive team environment.nFlexibility in work hours is required in order to accommodate client needs.
