Job Description:

General Repairs:

  • Fixing leaky faucets
  • Repairing broken windows
  • Patching drywall
  • Replacing light fixtures

Carpentry:

  • Building shelves or cabinets
  • Repairing or installing doors
  • Constructing small structures like decks or sheds

Plumbing:

  • Unclogging drains
  • Replacing toilets or sinks
  • Installing dishwashers or washing machines

Painting and Decorating:

  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Hanging wallpaper
  • Performing touchups and minor repairs

Maintenance Tasks:

  • Cleaning gutters
  • Pressure washing driveways or decks
  • Replacing HVAC filters

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using common tools and equipment
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Good communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus

Pay:
£14.00-£18.00 per hour
