Regency FM is looking for a Maintenance Person to help with general maintenance and repairs at various locations in and around Aberdeen. Van and equipment will be provided.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Painting and Decorating
- Tiling
- Laying carpets/lino
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Cleaning
- Removals

**Requirements**:
As the role involves working for a Housing Association you will be required to pass vetting, so must have been resident in the UK for at least 10 years.

Full clean driving licence is required.

Experience in similar role preferred.

**Schedule and Pay**

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30 to 4.30. Pay starts at £13.00 dependant on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour
