**Job Description**:
General Repairs:

- Fixing leaky faucets

- Patching drywall
- Replacing light fixtures

Carpentry:

- Building shelves or cabinets
- Repairing or installing doors
- Constructing small structures like decks or sheds

Plumbing:

- Unclogging drains
- Replacing toilets or sinks
- Installing dishwashers or washing machines

Painting and Decorating:

- Interior and exterior painting
- Hanging wallpaper
- Performing touch-ups and minor repairs

Maintenance Tasks:

- Cleaning gutters
- Pressure washing driveways or decks
- Replacing HVAC filters

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in using common tools and equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 42 per week
