An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Payable Administrator to join our client based in Winnersh.

Salary:
£23k - £25k (depending on experience)

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our Winnersh based client is currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Making calls to suppliers to obtain full statements of accounts.
  • Managing all aspects of the collection process until a resolution is achieved.
  • Resolving complex and nonstandard queries on behalf of their clients
  • Liaising directly with clients as and when necessary
  • Ensuring internal records are kept up to date with the details of the collection.
  • Raising debit notes for clients, scanning and any other ad hoc duties as required

Job requirements:

  • Previous experience within accounts payable or credit control is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of how accounts and credit control departments work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with sensitive suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Eye for detail is paramount, anything being sent to our clients must be 100% accurate.
  • Professional telephone manner, confidence and a certain level of assertiveness is required.
  • Excellent IT skills (Particularly MS Office
  • Excel is essential).
  • Ability to pick up new systems and spreadsheets quickly.
