The Site Administrator is responsible for the daily admin responsibilities at the Phoenix Brickwork (UK) Ltd Milton Keynes Site. This position will be responsible for all administrative tasks and clerical functions.

  • Previous experience in office administration, clerical, or other related fields preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to site managers by monitoring and updating relevant paperwork such as reporting systems and drawings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management including but not limited to filing, scanning, etc.
  • Scheduling visits and meetings

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 40 weeks

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Milton Keynes: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)

Education:
