Responsible for the management of the Application Analysts, Junior Analysts and Administrators and to coordinate the team to achieve the requirements as established in the EPR and systems roadmap. Responsible for engaging and leading the future state design and analysis with service leads acting as a system expert and designer making recommendations based on systems knowledge.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead the delivery of a high-quality service that covers 10 hospitals and community services across Manchester Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job Develop, deliver and support of the Trust's Electronic Patient Record system (EPR) and systems. In this context, the EPR is considered to be a real time clinical tool, the use of which is considered to be a mandatory activity for large groups of clinicians and operational staff.Accurately identify business development needs and determine appropriate EPR and systems solutions by bringing specialist expertise and a broad set of business analysis skills, methodologies and techniques.Defining the Business analysis and Configuration work packages and managing the workload ofApplication Analyst/Junior Analysts and Administrator .Prepare and produce appropriate written communication requiring skills in presenting complex and sensitive information in a way that is understood by all stakeholders.Collate and document detailed background information from clinical areas by engaging with staff and observing work patterns/processes.
