My client is a small Chartered Financial Planning firm based in London EC1, providing businesses and individuals with sound Financial Planning Advice surrounding Pensions, Investments, retirement & Estate Planning and Mortgages.

We are urgently seeking a Mortgage & Protection Administrator, who will work very closely with the firms Mortgage Adviser to support the existing client bank and assist in the process of taking on new clients.

You will be given full training on the firms processes and procedures relating to the ongoing requirements of the current client bank.

Provide a high level of support to all clients from initial contact to mortgage completion;
Manage client liaison via access to mortgage adviser's diary;
Contact banks, lenders, providers, accountants, estate agents and solicitors for relevant information required to progress mortgage applications;
Data Processing
Key all mortgage applications;
Input and update client information into our CRM;
Develop CRM processes to improve general efficiency;
Claim all procuration fees from the mortgage clubs;
Create and manage income profiles for our Finance Department;
Ability to occasionally use Trigold, Mortgage Sourcing, Knowledge Bank, Assure Web.
Ad hoc tasks
Maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) by attending seminars and completing exams;
Interaction with mortgage and protection business development managers to keep in line with industry changes and up-to-date products;
Use our compliance help desk to keep up to date with any regulation;
Monitor the mortgage back book;

We are seeking those with either Degree educated qualifications or at least 1 years experience within a similar Mortgage & Protection Administration role.

The firm will support the further development of the successful applicant by providing Financial assistance for the completion of further qualifications in the sector.
