Duties:

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the office or admin is essential

Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to accurately assess the quality of products.

Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals

Skills:

  • Strong clerical skills including typing, data entry, and phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of Google Suite for office productivity
  • Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a tidy workspace
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

£11.44ph
