Assisting tour manager (incl filling out forms and managing guestlists etc).Project tracking; assist mapping of all current, past, future projects for CEO and wider team collectively.
Arrange local and international meetings and events (photoshoots, press events, writing sessions, music videos)Minute taking; take notes and list actions from meetings, distribute outcomes and actions where appropriate.
Information Management:
filing and distributing information/files/assets where requested
Accounts:
completing personal and business expenses, travel requisitions and mileage log, company budgets and spending reports as requested
The ideal candidate will be:
Efficient:
must have capacity for high paced workload and be highly organised
Detail-oriented:
Every single word/file/appearance/moment is a representation of the artists and company and therefore an opportunity to be precise
Initiative:
