About Our Client:


Our clients based in East Cheshire operate catering and hospitality, reception services and wider facilities management services, across a number of sectors.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for all enquiries received through the careers inbox and helpdesk phoneline
  • Administration support for Head Office and Site-Based recruitment
  • Ownership of endtoend reporting, including metrics and data analysis
  • Maintenance of recruitment and social media platforms
  • Conduct Right to Work Checks for all new starters at Head Office, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
  • Sharing vacancies, data, and trends with the wider business

The Successful Applicant:

  • Previous experience in a HR/Recruitment Admin role
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new activities as we further evolve our recruitment practice
  • Excellent Organisational and Administrative Skills
  • Confident and Proficient in the use of Microsoft office: High level experience in Excel, enabling effective data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Effective prioritisation and organisation of tasks to meet deadlines
