They are based Ferndown in Peterborough.

Hours are 9pm

  • 5pm Monday to Friday with no weekends.
Rate is £9.79 per hour, rising to £10.47 per hour after 12 weeks.

The role

  • Processing customer orders via an internal database
  • Taking high volume calls from customers
  • Making calls to customers to follow up on orders or to deal with their enquiries and questions.
  • Product and account administration.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Salary:
£9.79-£10.47 per hour

Schedule:
Monday to Friday-No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

Peterborough, PE3:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

customer service: 1 year (required) or experience working in Medical Administration.
