The post-holder will manage and develop the specialist knowledge and library service for Sussex Community Foundation Trust and Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (Battle, Bexhill, Crowborough, Eastbourne, Hailsham, St. Leonards, Uckfield) including East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust staff working out of the acute hospital sites.

This will involve delivery of a range of activities related to capturing, disseminating, using and sharing knowledge supporting external and internal service users within East Sussex primary and mental health settings.


The purpose of the knowledge specialist is to enable primary care and mental health staff to access and use quality evidence from research and best practice as well as organisational knowledge to underpin decision-making.
