Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential Requirements
- Worked in Higher Education
- Excellent presentation skills and professionalism
- Degree level education or equivalent
- Experience focusing on students and providing guidance
- Strong project management skills and data analysis abilities
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in an international setting
- Knowledge of French (ideal but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in foreign languages (an advantage)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain global relationships with key recruitment sources
- Analyze competitors regularly and spot new recruitment opportunities
- Act as the main contact for MSc programs, offering advice to prospective students
- Implement the approved recruitment plan
