Are you a HR Administrator with strong background and experience in recruitment?


This exciting HR Administrator role is with a professional medical body that offers support to its members from training at early stages of their career right up to retirement.

In your role as HR Administrator your duties will include;

  • Administer and assist with all aspects of recruitment cycle
  • Producing short list packs
  • Organising interviews and tests
  • Maintain recruitment files
  • Assist with the onboarding of new starters completing background checks references and DBS
  • Update HR personal record with new starter details
  • Administer employee relations meeting
  • Assist with the institutions training programme


This is a diverse and busy role and you must be comfortable to work in a role where they are responsible for lots of different areas and be able to work under pressure.

The skills you will bring to the role of HR Administrator is;

  • Experience in a similar role ideally with a professional/education environment
