Bringing it to the role:
As an Area Coach, you will provide transformational leadership and high-impact coaching for multiple restaurant teams. Your role will be focused on driving performance across four key metrics – People, Customer, Sales, and Profit. This isn't your normal 9-5 – you'll find yourself on our restaurant floor, managing teams, and running audits.

As an Area Coach, you will:
Manage restaurant strategy and projects, creating stretch goals for your team. Flex your commercial acumen by identifying and unlocking core growth opportunities in your restaurants. Own quarterly business reviews, focusing on profit, people, process, and product. Manage the restaurants recruitment process, to bring in the best talent who demonstrate our core values; smart, heart, courage.
