Job Summary:

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and caring Wellbeing Fitness Coach to join our team at Stockley Park Fitness & Wellbeing Club. As a Personal Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality inductions, health MOTs, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.

  • Deliver a range of sessions and consultations to connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inductions and health MOTs to assess members' fitness levels and create personalized training plans.
  • Deliver group and personal training sessions, including cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
  • Provide guidance and support to members on their fitness journey, including setting and achieving goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of member progress and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Requirements:

  • REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) qualification in Personal Training or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
