Eteach is currently looking to recruit an experienced PA and Office Manager to join our team at our HQ in Bracknell.

In this role, you will be supporting the Senior leadership team (SLR) CEO, Managing Director & Finance Director.

We are looking for a talented individual who can work in this fast-paced owner-managed business.

In this role you be required to carry out the following tasks:

PA

  • Support the SLT with Diary Management, admin and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Travel arrangements overseas travel, hotels, itineraries.
  • Diary management.
  • Dealing with any personal business on the request of the Directors.
  • Managing enquiries inbox daily (responding, forwarding).
  • External visitor meet & greet.

Office

  • Excellent communication skills, and experience in HR, Marketing or PR would be an asset.
  • Manage the Head Office facility at Arlington Square.
  • Liaise with Landlord, suppliers, maintenance and internal cleaning team.
  • Make sure the office and meeting facilities and services are always ready for use.
  • Support on Bids and Tenders and presentations with SLT when required.
  • Arranging monthly management meetings and quarterly board meetings, preparing and producing documentation for meetings including the production and collation of agendas, papers and minutes.
  • Preparing documents for internal and external distribution.
  • Taking and transcribing minutes.
  • General correspondence, communications and project documents.
  • Coordinate Health and Safety requirements for the office.

  • High levels of professionalism are expected, and confidentiality is essential.
