What's the role about?
Do you love variety, flexibility and problem solving? Then come and join a unique in-house maintenance team, where no two days will be the same.
As part of the maintenance team, you will support the branch by delivering planned and reactive maintenance tasks in order to provide a safe and inviting customer and Partner environment.
As part of the role you will take on the responsibility of a Multi-skilled Maintenance Assistant / Tradesperson supporting the Duty Technician and Maintenance function.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering a safe environment for Partners and customers, by undertaking planned preventative maintenance and also dealing with reactive situations as they occur.
In order to perform your duties you'll have access to a well organised workshop space with a range of up to date equipment and a wide range of learning resources to support you in upskilling and maintaining your knowledge.
Working Pattern
- 37.5 hours working week, Monday to Friday e.g. week 1 would be 06.00 to 14.00, & week on rotation.
- Working out of hours call out on a rota
- Flexible working as and when required
- Blended rate shift premium paid
What you'll already have:
- Full and clean driving license with minimum of 3 years experience
- A good competency of DIY skills in the following: Carpentry; Plumbing; Decorating; Bricklaying; Plastering; Tiling and Flooring repairs
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Competent IT skills to role requirements
What else can you bring?
- Previous experience in the building trade desirable
