Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson with a focus on plumbing and maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out responsive repairs, including electrical, carpentry, and plumbing work, as well as plastering and decorating.
  • Perform external repairs, such as fencing and groundworks.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to deliver upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms, and other types of work as required.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with good building maintenance practice and complies with health and safety policies and statutory legislation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and exceeding expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a multi-skilled trade role, with a strong background in plumbing.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
