SUMMARY:

Management of administrative and logistics functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Assist in organizing and executing company required events
  • Supervising local administrative staff, assessing staff, and providing feedback on business processes to improve performance
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, sales operations, financial, and legal information
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Ability to raise jobs, maintain current customer contracts and purchase orders on the ERP system. Manage customer communication, liaison with analysts, workshops
  • Execute essential shipping and receiving functions including import and export support within the business operation
  • Managing rental equipment
  • Assisting sales team with lead production, followup, and all steps from the point of sale to the delivery of the product which include providing sales data, account analyses and new product information
  • Responsible for managing Salesforce data and analytics for the sales team
  • Maintain viable longterm relationships with customers across the various channels (OEM, Airlines, Integrators, Military Services, Dealers, and Suppliers)
  • Creating and producing company reports that track all company sales goals; overall sales, quotes, revenue, and forecast statistics.
  • Works alongside multiple departments to oversee, review, and update processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Will be periodically required to perform other duties as directed and assigned
  • Offer existing and new clients quotes for services across the business portfolio
  • Create and maintain process standardization documents to ensure alignment on field definitions, category usage and other interpretable processes which may corrupt the end data

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor's degree in office administration, business administration, business management, operations management or related disciplines, or related experience
