The role:

  • Build rapport with new and existing clients whilst maintaining accounts
  • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure your clients get to their desired outcome
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, both face to face and over the phone
  • Expand your knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Quickly be able to educate your clients on what insurance policy works best and suits their needs
  • Be entering an office where ideas and progression is encouraged massively
