  • Website Management & Optimization - Ensuring websites are current with podcast episodes, speaker headshots, and optimizing search engine performance through metadata tagging.
  • Social Media Management - Developing a social content calendar, posts across product portfolio, and news/partner activities to reinforce the company's mission.
  • Email Marketing - Supporting email build, execution, and reporting for events, webinars, reports, and DLN, including launch emails and automated workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration - Evaluating potential venues, media and knowledge partners, and supporting sponsor deliverables, marketing partners, and speaker engagements.
  • Reporting & Analytics - Weekly reporting on marketing activities, social media, website stats, and email engagement. Post-event analysis and creation of sponsor reports for marketing insights.
  • Data Management - Briefing on research projects, managing project timelines, and overseeing list creation to support functions and monitor results.
