NRG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bids and Marketing Administrator to join their team in Newcastle City Centre.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the marketing team, including the production and delivery of tender responses, formatting of bids and pitches, and collation and reporting of marketing data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up meetings with multiple contributors and producing meeting agendas and action notes
- Collating and editing multiple inputs to produce finalized tender responses
- Submitting tenders as required and managing timelines for tender responses
- Liaising with fee earners and providing important tender updates
- Carrying out client management reporting and updating CRM and BD+ with tender information
- Monitoring tender portals for suitable submissions and sharing feedback across the teams
- Updating a number of systems with key tender information for reporting purposes and maintaining and updating the bid library
- Formatting bid and pitch documents and pulling together content and layout for pitches and other bespoke marketing materials
- Providing general administrative and assistant support to the wider Marketing team as required
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills, particularly in written form
- Considerable organizational skills, able to balance a wide range of priorities and IT literacy, confident in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and desire to learn and develop
- Some experience working within a busy marketing department would be advantageous but not essential
