Join Us as a Key Account Manager at Swegon
Are you skilled in Key Account management? Have you interacted with end user accounts before? If yes, here's an enticing opportunity to be part of our Air Handling, Cooling & Heating division. This role allows you to work remotely and report directly to the Business Unit Director.
With a keen eye for detail, your main tasks involve nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in customer accounts. You'll collaborate closely with the technical sales teams to showcase the impressive Swegon product range.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Director to pinpoint key account targets
- Interact with key stakeholders to establish strong business relationships
- Create and update customer account dashboards
- Develop unique concepts with system solutions from the Swegon portfolio
- Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams
- Maintain CRM activities and share vital customer information with other departments
- Monitor sales figures, revenues, and contribution margins of key accounts
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a bonus/commission structure based on your experience and fit for the role. This is a remote position, but being within a reasonable distance to our offices is preferred (inclusive of a company car). Occasional travel to various client sites is also required.

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in a business-related field
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Prior experience in Customer Service and leadership roles
- Expertise in key account management with a focus on end user accounts
- Familiarity with complex buying processes
