  • Develop and drive a portfolio of key accounts
  • Implement and manage key account program infrastructure
  • Support internal positioning of the team
  • Facilitate partners and staff to adopt best practices
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Share insights and knowledge with wider account teams
  • Stay up-to-date with BDO service offerings
  • Evaluate account progress for key stakeholders
  • Utilize MSC tools and marketing programs strategically
  • Experience in professional service environment with business development or account management
  • Commercially and risk aware, with CRM experience
  • Broad knowledge of accounting services
