Engage in the future of Allied Health/Nursing -Experienced registered mental health clinician.

We can offer you an exciting opportunity that will have you working closely with our interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, along with our awesome support staff of community support workers and administrators.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on an assertive outreach pathway that will support rangatahi/youth with complex mental health and addictions needs. The goal of this service is to improve outcomes with a focus on rangatahi and whanau engagement, improving daily functioning with practical activities and psychosocial interventions, alongside of therapeutic and medical interventions.

Work with and learn from a diverse range of health professionals in a flexible environment, including a brand-new purpose designed building based in the community.

We are a friendly and diverse team, that embraces new team members.

This role will suit those with proven experience in working with mental health and addiction and working with rangitahi/youth; you will need to have vision and passion for working with rangatahi/youth and their family/whānau. You will need to be able to think on your feet and work proactively with our multidisciplinary team to make formulations and interventions plans. You must be energetic, self-motivated and proactive in your approach and engagement with rangitahi/youth and whanau, to provide a rangitahi/youth focused service that seeks to make a difference.

You will need to be able to form strong relationships in working in partnership with other agencies and with whānau and extended whānau.
