  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related enquiries, whether from internal team members or external parties.
  • Maintain and update records of our employees, ensuring the interal database is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Stay up to date with latest HR trends and best practices, continuously improving the HR process
  • Generate and submit reports on gernal HR activity, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to the performance management procedures, helping the team achieve their full potential.
