We are looking for a stellar **CATERING MANAGER** to lead the dining experience at our activity center located in the picturesque Winmarleigh Hall, near Preston. *As our Catering Manager, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests through delicious food and inviting dining areas. Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of skilled Chefs, Catering Assistants, and Team Leaders, you will foster a friendly, enjoyable, and supportive work environment & oversee management, training, and supervision.


The meals prepared by your team will not only be flavorsome but also safe by ensuring adherence to all health and safety, allergen safety, food safety, & PGL standards; all while managing the financial aspects of the catering operation to deliver maximum value for money while upholding superb quality.

*Previous **experience** in leading a busy catering team

  • Level 3 qualification or higher in **Food Safety**
  • Ideally, you should possess a recognized Level 3 or higher qualification in **Management**
  • Background in catering for large groups/numbers
