We are seeking an experienced Catering Operations Manager to join our team at Pertemps Network Catering. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our catering services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of chefs, front-of-house staff, and kitchen assistants to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and guests.
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control are maintained at all times.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Level 3 Food Safety certification.
- City & Guilds 706 1/2 or NVQ equivalent in a related field.
- Level 3 Management qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
