Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to lead our catering operations. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, a natural team builder, and have a proven track record in managing high-volume catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service, and implementing efficient processes to handle high-volume catering events.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of catering staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships to optimize costs and resources, ensuring the financial sustainability of our catering operations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume catering management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
