The Team:
The Enterprise Solutions Technology function delivers technology solutions for ES products, working closely with product and commercial functions. It includes various delivery functions, architecture & design, technology services, data science & engineering, and project management.

This Role:
The role involves leading the Technology Project Management Office & Business Management team. The team is responsible for project management, deliverables, reporting, and business management functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Technology and ES Technology function
  • Provide insights & drive strategic alignment in ES Technology organization

  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Lead Divisional and Corporate level initiatives
  • Organize business reviews and address issues impacting revenue performance
  • Resolve complex business problems and work on financial management
  • Curate the agenda for business reviews and recruitment activities

Experience/Skills:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Budgeting and financial tracking experience
  • Capability in influencing senior decision makers
  • Project management and process establishment experience
