COMPLEX CARE ASSISTANT

Location – Keighley, West Yorkshire

Days of work – Monday - Friday and Saturday

EnViva, part of the Sonderwell Group are looking for Complex Care Assistants in the West Yorkshire area.

Your day to day activities will include looking after a young girl:

  • Autism
  • spectrum disorder
  • learning disabilities
  • challenging behaviour

We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you'll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.

Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You'll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.

Your ongoing development , whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.
