What we're looking for:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract options:

  • Full-time:37.5 hrs per weekThere is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.All our services are 24hr care.
