About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team at Fulbridge Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong, professional relationships with service users and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users to live and work
  • Stay up-to-date with all communication and information systems
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required
  • Promote equality and respect individual differences
  • Protect service users from abuse and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Write accurate reports and maintain records for monitoring purposes
  • Attend work reliably and punctually, following a set shift pattern
  • Stay informed about procedures and policy changes
  • Take responsible care for your own health and safety, as well as that of others
Person Specification
  • Ability to form professional relationships with service users
  • Ability to read and understand written work, and write clear and accurate reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively with service users in various ways
  • Ability to work as directed, complete tasks reliably, and to a high standard
  • Ability to participate in training and development
  • Ability to follow a work pattern and attend work punctually and reliably
  • Awareness of effective teamwork and the general health, safety, and welfare of service users
Shift Patterns

We offer various shift patterns to accommodate different lifestyles, including:

  • 8am - 4pm
  • 4pm - 11pm
  • 11pm - 7am (waking nights)

Please note that you will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and successfully complete our induction assessment prior to any placements being offered.
