FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect in London to work for our client within the Finance sector.

Our client's technology teams in the UK work closely with their global businesses to help design and build digital services that allow their millions of customers around the world, to bank quickly, simply and securely.

The cyber team is undergoing transformation and adopting ServiceNow as a strategic platform to digitise processes with the aim of improving colleague experience.

The vision is to make ServiceNow the sole engagement platform for users so the client needs a ServiceNow Platform Architect with extensive knowledge of ServiceNow across multiple products and capabilities.

This role requires a strong and hands-on ServiceNow Platform Architect who can provide technical expertise against demands considering the platform's architecture, capabilities, and best practices.

These include the production of good quality technical documentation to support internal governance processes as well as development teams/partners in line with ServiceNow's Implementation best practices.

This role will work as part of a global team and will interact with senior business and technical stakeholders across the organisation.

ServiceNow is widely used across the organisation and this implementation provides the job holder with a great opportunity to influence how the organisation matures its ServiceNow Centre Of Excellence and Innovation within the CTO office.

Demonstrate significant experience (minimum 5 years) in multiple and complex ServiceNow implementations with proven exposure to a variety of ServiceNow products ideally beyond ITSM/ITOM.

Hold relevant and current ServiceNow certifications (e


g:
CMA, CTA, CSA, Implementation Specialist etc.).
In depth knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and multiple system of records.
Expert knowledge around integrations (Integration Hub or custom – REST/API etc.) Ability to provide technical governance and design leadership across multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, includin

functionality, data modelling (CSDM) , developer APIs, development tools etc.

Excellent communication skills as leading stakeholder workshops and meetings will be mandatory (including System Integrator experience) as well as offering guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.

Core understanding of Agile Methodology and ITIL based processes.
