Often, they act as a medium between customers and the engineering team.

They are currently recruiting for their next Technical Problem Solver to join the team.

-
Professionalism. Good time management skills and attention to detail is important. You should be organised and methodical in your approach, documenting as required.
-
Able to travel. As customers are based around the world, some international travel is required which can mean a day or several days out of the UK.

Further technical understanding / experience of: (1) programming languages (C++, C# or Python); (2) using hardware test equipment (oscilloscopes / DVM); (3) digital printing technology would be beneficial.

The role is open to graduates to experienced technologists / engineers who can meet the requirements. Your CV should support and evidence this.
