Proclinical are recruiting a Manufacturing Improvement Lead for a biotech establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in London.

The client is focused on developing solutions that might have the possibility of curing those who suffer from severe illnesses.


Responsibilities:

  • Guide internal investigations into manufacturing aberrations and safety incidents.
  • Responsible for producing and handling performance supervising, trending, improvement for all manufacturing systems.
  • Accountable for project management as well as delivery of CAPAs and improvements to the manufacturing procedures, process and manners of operating.
  • To improve on quality and safety performance, you will assist, train and influence the manufacturing team members as well as their teams.
  • Author, evaluate and approve documentation for manufacturing and validations actions within the manufacturing facility.
  • Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a scientific or engineering discipline.
  • Familiarity in a pharmaceutical / GMP product manufacturing role.
  • Prior involvement in a leadership role within a GMP product manufacturing setting.
  • Works well in a team with a drive for results.
  • Attains a systematic way of thinking with the ability to influence others.
  • A data driven individual with the capacity to resolve issues.
  • Change management and quality management knowledge.
  • A motivated individual with the ability to present self in a professional manner.
  • An organised individual with the ability to be innovative.
