Duties:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain a tidy and organised office environment
  • Stocktaking, invoices, cash reconciliation, stock ordering.

Skills:

  • Proficient in computerised systems and office software
  • Strong organizational skills to manage office operations effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
