Care First 24 are currently seeking complex care staff who can access Penrith on a new package of care.

We are offering market leading pay rates and are looking to build a supportive care team to work with this adult patient who requires complex care.

You will be supported by our inhouse Complex Care Adult Nurse Clinical Lead as well as our experienced Complex Care Adult Care Coordinator in delivering a solid care experience for the adult patient requiring complex care and families involved.


Care First 24 are a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK and support those with PHB's, CHC funded, case management as well as private clients.

We work with all age and all types of care, and we understand that healthcare can bring with it a lot of emotions, and many of our clients are going through some of the most trying times of their lives.

We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensure the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We will provide tailored care and support. In high-pressure situations, we strive to be a calming force that can make a positive difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with daily activities
  • Assist with meal preparation
  • Help with medication reminders and administration
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
  • Compassionate and patient demeanour
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

£14.00-£18.00 per hour
