We need
Health Care Assistants to join us working out in the renal dialysis service where you'll be known as a
Renal Technician .


The job:

  • Visiting patients to support them with their dialysis treatment
  • Performing general
    health checks including blood pressure etc
  • Supporting the patient and building a professional relationship
  • Liaising with the local Hospital to support the care of the patient
  • The working week is covered over 40 hours scheduled between Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm on a 2week rolling rota, working alternate weekends

Full training is provided via an all-expenses paid 5-day course in Derby.

What we're looking for:

  • Empathetic behaviour towards patients and a desire to provide quality patient care
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • The ability to follow instructions and process information.
  • Skills to appropriately escalate and communicate with a variety of patient care stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel over an hour from your home location.

Please be aware, a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a requirement for this role.

Salary:
£17,250.00 per year
