We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to become a valued member of our compassionate team on a part-time, permanent basis, working 20 hours per week.
In return, we offer a competitive hourly wage of £13.00, with an additional £1 per hour for weekend shifts.
At Care and Case Management Services (CCMS), we are deeply committed to providing exceptional support to our clients and their families, ensuring their needs and expectations are central to our mission.
We take pride in delivering specialized case management services for individuals recovering from acquired or traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, and other significant disabilities or conditions.
Role of the Care Assistant:
A Care Assistant is needed to support a gentleman in his late 60s who is living independently.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the client and fostering independence in daily activities, which include household tasks, personal hygiene, shopping, and engaging with the local community.
Desired Qualities in a Care Assistant:We are looking for applicants who possess the following attributes: excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving capabilities, and a good sense of humor.
The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training for this position along with ongoing supervision.
