PURPOSE STATEMENT:

  • To support the Experience and WOW Ambassador with day to day administrative duties.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES:

  • Ensure reception area is kept clean, tidy and organised at all times
  • Process all incoming calls efficiently and ensure that any messages are reported in a timely manner
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting clients in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Management of the Inventry system including loading of visitors and supporting associates with their access cards.
  • Ensure all the post is received, opened, date stamped and distributed quickly and accurately
  • Ensure all outgoing post is franked correctly according to size/weight and destination
  • Arrange couriers as and when required, in line with the business needs.
  • Support with organising and facilitating internal meetings including room booking/setup.
  • Support the Experience and WOW Ambassador on companywide activities, e.g. CSR, social events, team activities, inductions, wellbeing initiatives etc.
  • Support the development of internal communications including visual screens, blogs and promotion material
  • General office administration tasks to include; typing, expenses, diary management, sourcing venues and ordering of Experience Team promotional items.
  • Support booking of global travel (flights, transfers, accommodation) and organising itineraries.
You must comply with Rich Products Limited Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
