With functions spanning creative and marketing, strategy, consumer insights, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.

We're looking for a senior leader to lead marketing in the UK, from our London office. In this role, you'll work closely with our UK General Manager, and partner with Creative, Product, Comms, Sales, and Insights teams in EMEA to build and execute marketing programs which grow Snap's business goals across revenue, community and AR. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, who is also based in London.

What you'll do:

Lead the UK Marketing strategy, focusing on both consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) audiences within the UK market Create and execute marketing programs which deliver on the strategy and communicate Snap's value proposition for consumers and businesses via innovative brand campaigns, success stories, thought leadership, partnerships, workshops, and events Work with brand, creative and cross-functional teams to create culturally relevant and best-in-class creative, integrated marketing campaigns Lead a diverse mix of internal, and external partners to create best-in-class marketing campaigns across a wide range of verticals and disciplines Lead a team of marketers to drive exceptional work forward. Work closely with cross-functional partners to support our team efforts by communicating our brand vision and campaign ideas to rally support Partner with other stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Insights, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms, Marketing Science, and Sales to ensure our marketing delivers on Snap's UK's overarching business goals Represent Snap Marketing in leadership forums and key decisions in the market Collaborate with other marketing leaders in EMEA to build and localize global marketing programs, and share best practices across our portfolio Share insights from our marketing activity in the region with Snap's senior leadership team in order to crystalize their understanding of market and customer dynamics Measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing and ensure it delivers on Snap's goals in the market

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong leadership skills with an ability to navigate complex organizations Ability to inspire and lead a team of marketers with passion, empathy and excellence A multidimensional marketer with a track record of inspiring creative ideas that come to life across a broad ecosystem of marketing channels including paid, organic and earned. Collaborative approach which embodies Snap's core values Creative mindset and an ability to spot opportunities and cultivate ideas where others wouldn't Analytical rigor and an ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights Superior ability to cultivate senior stakeholder relationships and bridge disparate priorities across teams Ability to communicate Snap's brand story and value proposition on stages and in the press A passion for Snapchat

Minimum Qualifications:

Extensive experience in marketing leadership roles Experience leading teams which operate cross-functionally Experience in regional or global marketing roles

Preferred Qualifications:

Marketing experience at a digital platform, app, or media company
