Full time; Sunday - Wednesday 8am - 6pm (10 hour shifts)

ROLE OBJECTIVE
Reporting to the Quality Manager to provide support to the Technical and Production teams in both Unit 1
(Cryogenic) and Unit 3 (Sauce) factories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of samples for daily taste panel and storage of retained samples
  • Input of data onto the Company database
  • Preparation of samples daily for sending for laboratory testing
  • Completion of laboratory submission forms
  • Issuing and removing of Hold and Reject notices on warehouse stock
  • Management of stock on positive release
  • Audit Preparation
  • Food safety product testing salt, ph, allergen
  • Internal auditing
  • Cover for QA team (Holiday and sickness)
  • CofA / CofC cover (Holiday and sickness)
  • Customer complaint investigations
  • Paperwork checks
  • Preparation and management of customer attended taste panels.
  • Packaging artwork checks
  • Any other task deemed necessary by the Technical Dept management.
