We are currently looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our team in Perth. As a Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the staff and operations of the Transport Department, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting company targets, and upholding our commitment to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely loading/unloading and delivery of items to customers as per agreements
  • Maintain and repair vehicles and equipment in compliance with regulations
  • Adhere to Operator's License requirements
  • Foster good customer relationships and serve as a point of contact between customers and the company
  • Utilize the AS400 computer system effectively
  • Recruit and provide training for transport department staff
  • Promote staff welfare and ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage costs within budget limits
  • Maintain accurate records as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
  • Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
  • Participate in training sessions as necessary
  • Maintain positive working relationships across the company
  • Uphold confidentiality of company and customer information
  • Perform other duties as assigned
