Are you our next Activities Coordinator?
Lovett Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our amazing team at Eden Manor Care Home.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with our team to deliver quality care for a diverse group of residents.


This position is for 30 hours per week at £10.90 per hour

What does a typical day look like?

  • Organise and plan activity programmes reflecting residents' preferences
  • Produce a newsletter to inform residents and their relatives and friends what's going on
  • Support residents to access internet and communication such as letter writing, Skype, and FaceTime
  • Plan events within an allocated budget
  • Ensure residents are at the heart of events and programmes to enhance their wellbeing
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
  • Complete daily reporting of activities and interaction into a resident's plan of care
  • Completion of mandatory E-Learnings
  • To embed and demonstrate our company values throughout the day

What experience do I need?

  • Experience of working in a care/support environment is preferred
  • Valid driver's licence is highly preferred
  • Experience of working with people in particular those that may have additional support needs
  • Basic Health and Safety knowledge
